Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled engineer to join our team as an Identity and Access Management (IAM) expert. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing IAM solutions that align with our company's security architecture.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate business requirements into technical designs and authorization concepts.Collaborate with the Architecture team to ensure solutions meet architectural principles.Work closely with the Security team to ensure compliance with security guidelines.Contribute to building and delivering solutions to drive customer value.RequirementsMinimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in AD, AAD, Workplace, Azure, and IAM administration.Deep knowledge of AD/AAD and practical experience in Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) operations.Excellent knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Azure Active Directory (AAD), and Azure services.Extensive experience and deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) lifecycle processes.Strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, with Azure AD as a core requirement.Proven expertise in implementing and managing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.Ability to operate and maintain Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions.Experience in Zscaler solution upgrades, change management, and reporting.Ability to support integration with identity providers (e.g., Azure AD, Okta) and SaaS applications.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ years of hands-on experience in IAM, AD, AAD administration.3-6 years of experience in network security or cloud security operations.
