Job Title: Cloud Native Engineering ProfessionalAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cloud Native Engineering Professional to join our team. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage cloud-native applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).Main Responsibilities:Design and implement AKS clusters for enterprise-grade workloads.Lead AKS cluster upgrades in both Non-Production and Production environments ensuring zero/minimal downtime.Architect and execute application migration strategies into AKS containers.Develop and enforce best practices for AKS cluster security, scalability, and performance optimization.Troubleshoot AKS certificate issues, networking challenges, and cluster connectivity problems.Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate AKS with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.Define and maintain AKS governance policies, including RBAC, secrets management, and compliance standards.Provide technical leadership and guidance on container orchestration and Kubernetes ecosystem tools.Monitor and optimize AKS cluster health, resource utilization, and cost efficiency.Document architectural designs, operational procedures, and migration playbooks for AKS environments.Your Profile:Strong hands-on experience in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) architecture and development.Proficiency in Kubernetes and container orchestration concepts and tools.Proven experience in AKS cluster upgrades and application migrations to containerized environments.Expertise in troubleshooting AKS certificate issues and network-related problems.Familiarity with Azure networking, security, and monitoring tools for AKS environments.Work Environment:This is a full-time opportunity with flexible work arrangements from our offices in Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, or Bengaluru.
