About the RoleAs a digital learning specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging interactive content for our clients.Key Responsibilities:Create storyboards and determine project requirementsDevelop designs that are compliant with client branding using Adobe Creative Cloud toolsDetermine visuals based on client needsDesign themes and templates to present ideasSelect colors and layouts for each graphicCollaborate with instructional designers to produce final designAmenable designs after feedbackEnsure accessibility compliance in visual and hearing planning for media incorporation (using alt tags)Create low-fidelity prototypes of course designAuthor and review WBTs using Storyline 360, Rise, Captivate, and GoMo toolsTest course functionality, completion, and course flow for responsiveness across devicesMaintain project documentation and course folders for asset managementCoordinate with project development teams and subject matter expertsApply agile working practices within the team to support efficiency and real-time collaborationRequired Skills and QualificationsYou should have knowledge of industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, MS Office, Google Workspace, Storyline 360, Rise, Captivate, GoMo, Vyond, audio software, and motion graphics. Industry experience in graphic design and eLearning authoring is essential.
