What are we looking for?

We are hiring software developers to drive our First mile, Mid mile and Last mile logistics solutions. Our solution is a carrier agnostic SaaS platform that digitalizes logistics by integrating and optimizing business processes and adding a predictability layer to make logistics more efficient.

Job Responsibilities

  • For a given problem, come up with optimized solutions and write clean code which is maintainable and easily understandable.
  • Should write unit tests for his code and test it thoroughly before publishing.
  • Code should have high standards and maintain high quality of his deliverables.
  • Responsible for fixing own bugs and maintaining them.
  • Be able to choose the correct design patterns, data structures and algorithms to optimize the code to handle millions of transactions.
  • Be curious about new technologies and learn any new technology faster which he thinks best suited for his solutions.
  • Build, test and deploy cutting edge solutions at scale, impacting millions of customers and directly impacting the top line by generating millions of dollars of revenue.
  • Engaging with product management to take the product vision or business problem to the tech implementation and successful deployment.
  • Putting together technical write-up for programming features of the site and ensuring team members understand deliverables and have task lists.
  • Ensure documentations logs, and reports are complete, current and stored appropriately
  • Work closely with Automation teams to determine testing requirements to ensure full coverage and the best quality of product.
  • Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • While completing all of the above duties you must maintain excellent communication with the stakeholders while managing their expectations.


Qualification:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering from a reputed University
  • 1+ Years of experience in software development at the full stack development side involving scalable and available platform
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in working on Open-Source Technologies including Java, Python, Django, PostGreSQL database and NoSQL Database
  • Technical Skills: JIRA, Gitlab, Rest API, GCP or AWS, Jenkins, Maven, Ansible like build & deployment (continuous integration) tools.
  • A very good understanding on microservices architectures and web services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, such as meeting facilitation, presentation and documentation.
