Design and optimise dimensional models for reporting and analytics, including mini dimensional models in SQLMigrate data transformation steps from PowerBI to data bricks and roll out DBT for scalable workflows.Rebuild and maintain core datasets to ensure accuracy and performance across systems.Producing Conceptual, Logical and Physical Data Models and related artefacts to specified standardsProducing Entity Relationship Diagrams and specifying and documenting therelationships between entities, specifying and documenting the data attributes for each entityAgreeing entity and attribute definitions with the respective stakeholdersSimultaneously being part of several project teams in order to allow multiple projects to proceed at pace concurrentlyContributing to data modelling framework design discussions regarding items such asthe design and use of Reference DataInvestigating and providing estimates for data modelling work and, reporting progress to-dateWorking with Business SME and Technical staff to identify the data sources to be usedto meet the business requirementsData mapping: The identification, specification and documentation of data mappingsand the associated transformations in order to move data from the source systems,through the data warehouse layers where appropriate and, to present the data to authorised end usersThe clarification and documentation of business rules and data transformations withtechnical colleagues and business users Working with Database Administrators (DBA's) and information service designers toensure the physical implementation meets the functional and non-functional requirements
