Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Technical ConsultantWe are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Cloud HCM Technical Consultant. This role will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.Implement and support Oracle Cloud HCM solutions to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.Migrate and integrate data from EBS HRMS to Cloud HCM, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure easy access to information.Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of Cloud HCM solutions.Required Skills and Qualifications:Extensive experience with EBS HRMS and current experience in Cloud HCM.Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM, including implementation, migration, and integration.Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is an asset.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.Benefits:Ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.A dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters collaboration and teamwork.The opportunity to work on high-profile projects and contribute to the success of our organization.About the Role:This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week.Flexible work arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.
