Immersive StorytellerWe're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Immersive Storyteller. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for crafting engaging visual narratives that captivate and inspire audiences.You will work closely with our Creative Lead to conceptualize and develop high-volume content and product designs. Your primary focus will be on building and executing innovative ideas that meet our brand's evolving needs.Main Responsibilities:Visual Design & UI: Utilize Figma to create high-fidelity screens from rough sketches or concepts provided by the Lead. Apply core UX principles (hierarchy, spacing, consistency, auto-layout) to ensure designs are functional and developer-ready.Video & Motion Production: Develop polished videos (demos, socials, ads) by handling cuts, pacing, and sound design. Create animated text overlays, smooth transitions, and logo animations to enhance static assets.High-Volume Design: Rapidly produce variations of templates, social graphics, and marketing assets while maintaining speed and efficiency.Requirements:Startup Experience: You have worked in a fast-paced startup environment before and understand the importance of urgency.Portfolio: Showcase evidence of both static design (UI/Graphics) and moving design (Video/Motion).Tool Proficiency: Be fluent in Figma (must know auto-layout) and Video Tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut).Benefits:Remote Work: Enjoy flexible remote work arrangements.Async Communication: Engage in completely asynchronous communication.Creative Freedom: Have ownership and autonomy to drive your work.Learning Opportunities: Engage in meaningful work and challenging problems.Nice to Have:3D Design: Experience with Spline or Blender to create 3D assets is a plus.YouTube Knowledge: Understanding how to design click-worthy thumbnails and edit for retention is beneficial.Webflow/Framer: Ability to implement designs on the web is a desirable skill.
