OpenStack Architect Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned OpenStack expert to join our team and help onboard customers using Managed OpenStack and Managed Kubernetes products.Key Responsibilities:Lead technical onboarding process for customers using Managed OpenStack and Managed Kubernetes.Collaborate with customers to understand their infrastructure requirements and design optimal cloud-native solutions.Provide expert guidance on the use of OpenStack, Kubernetes, and related cloud-native technologies.Offer strategic guidance on OpenStack and Kubernetes architecture.Educate customers on best practices for managing and maintaining OpenStack and Kubernetes infrastructure.Implement automation solutions to streamline deployments using Go, Python, Bash, and CI/CD best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during customer onboarding and ongoing usage.Deliver expert services solutions to existing customers in accordance with a statement of work document in a timely fashion and with utmost attention to detail.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve the customer experience and provide feedback on features and product improvements.Provide continuous feedback to internal Quality Assurance teams on product usability, testing requirements, and customer usage patterns.Deliver technical workshops, demos, and training to customers.Requirements include expertise in Kubernetes, experience with Cloud-Native Technologies, OpenStack Expertise, strong understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts, automation skills, strong understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC), configuration management tools, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
