Highly Skilled Solution Architect

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and skilled solution architect to join our team. This individual will design, architect, and develop high-end technology solutions that solve complex problems across different industries.About the Role:This is a hands-on solution architect role, requiring at least 3-4 large-scale project deliveries from ground zero.The ideal candidate should have experience in building large-scale, high-volume, low latency, high availability, and complex distributed services.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement scalable technology solutions that meet business requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to drive key decisions on tools, technologies, user journeys, and overall governance.Manage and grow client accounts, ensuring successful delivery of projects.Requirements:10-14 years of experience in software development, preferably in Java or similar languages.Proficiency in object-oriented, SOLID, and DRY principles, reactive programming models, Microservices, and event-driven solutions.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure/PCF) and messaging platforms (RabbitMQ/Kafka/cloud messaging/enterprise messaging).Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), logging and monitoring solutions (Splunk/ELK/Grafana), and application profiling tools (profiler/Yourkit/Visual VM).Benefits:18 paid holidays throughout the year.Generous parental leave and new parent transition program.Flexible work arrangements.Employee Assistance Programs for wellness and well-being.Education:Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Great if you can:Have any Cloud certification.Exposure to modern technologies (AI/ML/IoT/Blockchain).A Tip from the Hiring Manager:We seek passionate technologists who reimagine the way the world works to help businesses improve daily lives of people and work.About Us:Gender-Neutral Policy.
