Preferably need proficiency and enough exposure to US as well as Indian GAAP, and way of working in both countries. Familiarity with Canadian GAAP or international standards would be nice to have.Candidate needs to have at least 7 years of experience with most if not all of the below:Managing AP, AR, Payroll, Cash and Gen Ledger or an Accounting teamCoordination for Taxes, Audits and ComplianceConsolidation and Transfer pricingBudgeting and Reporting including setting up new processes or improvements in the processes for the sameOverall reasonable knowledge of USGAAP, Indian GAAP and Canadian Accounting StandardsSet up Policies and procedures to improve the company performance.
