We are seeking an experienced Product Director to lead our Financial CRM solution, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.This role involves envisioning, prioritizing, and developing the features and functions of the product to meet the needs of both customers and internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Lead the product team and establish the product visionDevelop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company goals and objectivesDefine and prioritize product features based on business requirements, customer feedback, and project delivery team inputsCreate a clear product vision and goals to guide product team and stakeholdersManage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that tasks deliver maximum business and customer valueActively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to provide feedback, accept deliverables, and adjust the product backlog as neededServe as a bridge between product teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of product vision and requirements across all partiesOversee the creation and maintenance of product assets, including functional requirements, test cases, implementation guides, user guides, trainings and othersConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and improvements for existing productsMonitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for enhancementProvide guidance and support to sales and pre-sales teams, including defining sales plans and articulating the product's value proposition to customersCollaborate with professional services teams to support projects implementing the productAssist the customer success team with roadmap presentations, obtaining product feedback, and providing pre-sales support for product featuresAttend sales meetings, pre-sales discussions, and marketing events as requiredRequirements:15+ years of experience in software product development and solution delivery within the Banking and Financial Services industry, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power PlatformProven track record of delivering CRM solutions with a strong understanding of Customer Engagement, Customer Onboarding, Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing concepts in Financial ServicesExceptional ability to collaborate with executive leadership, internal teams, and external partners/agencies to develop and execute cohesive strategiesDemonstrated experience successfully managing product teams and delivering impactful solutionsDeep understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the banking industryExpertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies; certifications such as PMP and ITIL are advantageous but not mandatoryExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teamsWhat We Offer:Performance-linked bonusComprehensive benefits packageBirthday leaveGlobal impact and cutting-edge technologyOpportunities for personal and professional growthDiverse and vibrant communityTogether culture
