About Us

I am an executive coach for mid-career leaders working in the IT Industry. I have coached over 500+ leaders in my career in formal and informal capacity.


I am building a high-performance remote sales team and looking for a driven Sales Setter to help us hit ambitious growth targets.


About the Role

Your primary mission as a Remote Sales Setter will be to engage warm leads (people who have already shown interest in our ₹1.5L offer), qualify them, and book them into calls with our closers.

You’ll be the first touchpoint in the sales process, ensuring only high-intent leads make it to closing.

Your Mission & KPIs

Revenue & Sales Goals

  • ₹4,50,000 in new business in the first month (minimum).
  • 3 units of our offer sold at ₹1,50,000 each through your booked calls.


Call & Booking Metrics

  • Make 100 dials/day to warm leads across calls, WhatsApp, and SMS.
  • Book 3 qualified calls/day, 6 days/week (approx. 72 calls booked per month).
  • Maintain 50%+ show rate for booked calls.


Admin & Reporting

  • Attend morning huddles via Zoom at 10 AM, Monday–Saturday.
  • Submit an end-of-day report.
  • Keep CRM and tracking sheets fully updated daily.


Compensation

Base Pay: ₹15,000/month

Commission: 2%–3% on closed deals from your booked calls.

  • Example: ₹1.5L price point = ₹3,000–₹4,500 commission per close.


On-Track Earnings (OTE)

Scenario 1 – Conservative

  • Book 72 calls/month → 50% show → 36 live calls.
  • 10% close rate → 3 sales/month.
  • Commission: ₹9,000–₹13,500 + Base ₹15,000 = ₹24K–₹28.5K/month.


Scenario 2 – High Performance

  • Book 72 calls/month → 50% show → 36 live calls.
  • 20% close rate → 6 sales/month.
  • Commission: ₹18,000–₹27,000 + Base ₹15,000 = ₹33K–₹42K/month.


Bonuses:

  • Additional ₹15,000 bonus on generating ₹7.5L+ in sales in a month.


Growth Path:

  • Opportunity to get promoted to Closer role if your booked calls generate 3+ closed clients in a single month.


You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Have prior experience in appointment setting, telesales, or inside sales (preferably high-ticket).
  • Are consistent, disciplined, and relentless in follow-ups.
  • Are tech-savvy (comfortable with CRMs, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp outreach).
  • Can build rapport quickly and qualify leads effectively.
  • Are available full-time Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–6 PM IST.
