Job Overview:This is a dynamic leadership position responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that enhance French language and cultural skills within an organization.The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Training and Development (T&D), Learning & Development (L&D) or a related field, with a strong background in curriculum design and instructional strategy.Professional fluency in French and English is mandatory, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Native or near-native fluency in French, as evidenced by C1 Certification (CEFR) or equivalent, is required.Key Responsibilities:Program Strategy and Delivery:Develop and execute comprehensive training plans to address identified skill gaps across various business units.Design and implement engaging training content and materials aligned with global standards and organizational objectives.Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and prioritize training needs, ensuring seamless program execution.Trainer Development and Quality Assurance:Develop and deliver Train-the-Trainer (ToT) programs to upskill internal trainers and facilitators.Provide coaching and performance feedback to ensure exceptional instructional design and delivery skills among the training team.Implement quality control measures, including observation, feedback, and certification of internal trainers, to guarantee consistent program excellence.Promote best practices in instructional design, adult learning principles, and innovative methodologies to enhance overall training effectiveness.
