Job Title: State DirectorThe State Director plays a pivotal role in enhancing public health outcomes by providing strategic leadership and oversight at the state level.Key Responsibilities:Deliver technical, strategic support, and management accountabilities, encompassing program management of the team.Collaborate with IHAT leadership to address key public health challenges, develop innovative solutions, and support strategic plans to improve population health outcomes.Support IHAT leadership in establishing partnerships with Government agencies, academic institutions, and national organizations for IHAT's initiatives.Oversee overall operational management, planning, and controls, including budget utilization of individual grants.Essential Qualifications: A Master's degree in medical sciences or a related field is preferable, with relevant experience in community medicine or public health.Key Relationships:Internal: Senior Management Team, State/Divisional Programme Team, District Program ManagerExternal: National and State Government, donors, academic and research Institutions, funding partnerships.
