Job Opportunity:We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Analyst to join our team.This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for financial analysis and a desire to make a meaningful impact on our organization.The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.They will also be required to develop and maintain financial models, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.An additional responsibility will be to analyze procurement transactions, identify price variances, and implement corrective actions to minimize costs.Furthermore, the Cost Analyst will need to review and validate master data components that have an impact on product costing, such as Bill of Materials, Routings, Costing Lot Size, and Procurement Keys.Additionally, they will be required to perform end-to-end support for the release of standard costs following established group methodology for standard cost calculation.The Cost Analyst will also be responsible for reviewing gross stocks, calculating variance based on group accounting policy, and adhering to standard methodology for calculation of provisions.Key Skills and Qualifications:Certified or qualified accountant with a professional certification from a recognized body (Chartered accountant or Cost and Management Accountant).University degree in finance, accounting, or related field.A minimum of eight years of post-qualification work experience in a manufacturing organization.Minimum of six years hands-on experience with SAP product costing and end-to-end process knowledge.Knowledge of SAP MM and PP modules, including understanding of how non-financial information impacts costing.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to stakeholders.Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with multiple priorities and deadlines.Proficiency in spreadsheet applications (Excel) and reporting and analysis tools (BW, BCS, Lumira etc.).What We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A competitive salary and benefits package.
