Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned OpenStack expert to provide strategic guidance on cloud infrastructure modernization and help onboard customers using Managed OpenStack and Managed Kubernetes products.This role requires a deep understanding of managing, deploying, and scaling cloud-native infrastructure technologies, including Kubernetes, container orchestration, and microservices architecture. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to architect tailored solutions, ensure seamless transitions, and deliver innovative solutions for enterprise-level cloud infrastructure modernization.The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience with OpenStack, including deployments, operations, and optimizations. Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts, including networking, storage, compute, and security, is also essential. Additionally, proficiency in writing automation scripts in Go, Python, and Bash is required.The selected professional will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including cloud architects, DevOps engineers, and IT administrators, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs. A strong understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC), configuration management tools, and DevOps best practices is necessary for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert guidance on OpenStack and Kubernetes architecture.Design and implement cloud-native solutions for enterprise customers.Collaborate with customers to understand their infrastructure requirements and design optimal cloud infrastructure solutions.Develop and maintain documentation on best practices for managing and maintaining OpenStack and Kubernetes infrastructure.Implement automation solutions to streamline deployments and improve operational efficiency.Work closely with product and engineering teams to improve the customer experience and provide feedback on features and product improvements.Requirements:Deep knowledge of managing, deploying, and scaling cloud-native infrastructure technologies.Extensive hands-on experience with OpenStack, including deployments, operations, and optimizations.Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts, including networking, storage, compute, and security.Proficiency in writing automation scripts in Go, Python, and Bash.Experience with managed services or SaaS platforms is a plus.Industry certifications in Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD/CKS) are desirable.
