The role of an experienced Anaplan model builder requires expertise in financial planning and analysis, data integration, and technical skills to build scalable models.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain comprehensive Anaplan models for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.Develop user-friendly dashboards, UX pages, and modules adhering to industry best practices.Implement data integrations using cloud-based tools like Informatica, MuleSoft, and CloudWorks.Provide ongoing support for existing Anaplan applications, including production support, issue resolution, and enhancements.Ensure accuracy, document processes, and assist with troubleshooting.Support user onboarding, training, and process improvement initiatives.Key QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience as an Anaplan model builder with certification required.Strong foundation in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.Proven track record of integrating Anaplan with ERP/CRM/data systems.Excellent analytical and communication skills for effective business interactions.Nice to have: knowledge of Java or Python for API integrations with Anaplan, or experience with SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Workday, SQL, or ETL tools.
