Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for executing the month-end closing process relating to revenue recognition.You will also be responsible for posting journal entries related to General Ledger accounting, performing revenue reconciliation between ERP and portal, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders for driving accurate revenue provisioning.Your duties will include driving projections for weekly forecast, circulating MIS and other reports to respective stakeholders, preparing month-end schedules, and ensuring all accounts are reconciled and supported.You will also assist external/internal auditors with audit queries, coordinate with support teams for any issues/queries, prepare and maintain documented procedures, and ensure compliance.Furthermore, you will actively identify and participate in process improvements, develop Power BI reports for various day-to-day needs, and undertake ad-hoc and special projects as needed.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Semi qualified CAAt least 3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting in revenue accountingEnd-to-end Accounting knowledgeProficiency in MS Office suiteGood analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal interpersonal skillsAbility to take ownership of your workload and prioritize meeting deadlinesStrong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential dataBenefitsWe offer a range of benefits, including:The opportunity to work with a leading organization in the travel industryA competitive salary and benefits packageThe chance to develop your skills and career in a dynamic and supportive environmentThe opportunity to work with a talented and experienced teamThe satisfaction of knowing that your work is making a positive impact on the business and its customersOthersWe are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
