We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions across multiple platforms, including web applications and Windows services. You will leverage your expertise in software development, database management, and system architecture to deliver high-quality solutions. In addition to technical responsibilities, the Senior Software Developer will mentor junior team members, provide support to teammates, and work closely with senior management to ensure project success.
**This opportunity requires the person to travel around Maharashtra once a week approximately.
Qualifications:
- At least 4-9 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong background in full-stack development.- Hands-on experience with multiple database technologies, including MS SQL Server and MySQL.- Strong proficiency in Microsoft technologies such as .NET, .NET Core, C#, and modern front-end frameworks (ReactJS, AngularJS).- Experience with software modernization and migration projects, with a focus on updating legacy systems and integrating new technologies.- Strong estimation, planning, and risk management skills, with the ability to foresee potential challenges and proactively implement mitigation strategies.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.- Proven experience as a team player, willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed to ensure project success.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including research, design, development, testing, and deployment.- Architect and design scalable, high-performance software solutions based on project requirements and business objectives.- Manage and oversee the technical roadmap for projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.- Establish and enforce best practices, software development standards, and processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and design, to translate business requirements into technical specifications.- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand and address business needs.- Provide leadership and guidance to junior developers, conducting regular code reviews and mentoring to promote continuous learning.- Effectively manage software development projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.- Report on project progress, risks, and roadblocks to senior management, offering recommendations for mitigation and solutions.
