Total Rewards Program Manager

Job TitleA Total Rewards Analyst is required to support the planning, design and implementation of global compensation and benefits programs.About the RoleThis role will focus on administering day-to-day total rewards programs, managing queries, resolving issues and ensuring accuracy of employee data.The ideal candidate will maintain knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits to ensure compliance.Main Responsibilities:Design, develop and implement new compensation and benefits programs, including communication plans and training for HR business partners.Analyze data and create reports to evaluate program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.Ensure total rewards programs are well-communicated through training, company-wide communication efforts and distribution of materials.Participate in benchmarking surveys and market research to identify trends and best practices.Provide analysis, guidance and recommendations to HR business partners and managers regarding colleagues' total rewards packages.RequirementsBachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 3–5 years of relevant experience.Global mindset and approach.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to plan and execute assigned projects and tasks.Solid knowledge of total rewards principles.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work independently and collaboratively.Experience with HRIS; willingness to learn new software as needed.About UsWe believe our colleagues are at the center of our success.
