  • Implement and monitor the performance management cycle, ensuring 100% employee participation and timely completion of performance appraisals.
  • Design and execute reward programs, tracking employee engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring the resolution of HR-related concerns within agreed timelines.
  • Manage and resolve employee grievances within a 48-hour window, with a target of 90% satisfactory outcomes.
  • Ensure all HR manuals and documents are updated quarterly and are 100% compliant with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Organize and conduct induction sessions for new hires, with 100% completion within their first week, and track effectiveness through feedback scores of 4+.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, ensuring at least 90% participation, and provide monthly reports on engagement metrics and action plans.
  • Actively contribute to internal HR audits, ensuring 100% compliance with audit findings and corrective actions implemented within the stipulated timeline.
  • Oversee benefits and perks management, achieving a 100% accuracy rate in benefits administration and maintaining employee satisfaction levels.
  • Develop and monitor the HR budget, ensuring all expenditures remain within the allocated budget and deliver cost-saving initiatives annually.
