AI/ML EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled A.I./M.L. Engineer to design and implement advanced solutions using Salesforce and Generative AI.This role requires strong technical expertise, a deep understanding of generative AI, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.Main Responsibilities:Salesforce + AI/ML DevelopmentDesign, develop, test, document, and deploy Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.Develop and deploy A.I./M.L. models for real-time automation, forecasting, scoring, and decision-making.Integrate A.I./M.L. models within Salesforce CRM to power intelligent data retrieval, opportunity insights, workflow automation, and personalized recommendations.Enhance Salesforce applications using native A.I. capabilities (Einstein/Einstein GPT) and external technologies (Python-based models, Azure/AWS M.L. services).Key Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related discipline.5-7 years of experience in Power BI development and implementation.Strong expertise in A.I./M.L. model building and deployment for real-time automation.Hands-on experience integrating A.I./M.L. solutions with Salesforce CRM (Einstein/Einstein GPT + external M.L. frameworks).Solid knowledge of Generative A.I., including transformers, L.L.M.s, and R.A.G. pipelines with vector databases.Benefits:Candidates will have opportunities to work closely with product managers, engineers, data teams, and stakeholders to identify new A.I.-driven opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem.Candidates will also stay current with advancements in generative A.I. and recommend adoption of relevant technologies.Others:Candidates must possess strong collaboration and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
