About the RoleThe Resource Deployment Manager will lead the day-to-day management of H1B employee programs ensuring successful redeployment, compliance, and engagement of consultants across multiple client accounts.Manage H1B employees throughout the assignment lifecycle from onboarding to redeployment.Monitor timesheet activity to ensure maximum allowable hours worked by H1B contractors.Partner with recruiters and account managers to identify open roles for available H1B consultants.Act as primary point of contact for H1B consultants providing regular communication, support, and career guidance.Collaborate with internal teams to minimize bench time and increase utilization across accounts.Coordinate redeployment efforts to anticipate redeployment needs and engage internal stakeholders for smooth transitions.Ensure compliance with immigration regulations and internal policies related to H1B employment.Track program status, resource availability, and utilization metrics; provide regular reporting to leadership.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies to optimize H1B employee redeployment and compliance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.Provide excellent customer service to H1B consultants, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive experience.Stay up-to-date with changing immigration regulations and ensure the company is compliant.Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:Excellent communication and project management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Experience working with H1B employees or similar visa holders.Benefits:This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including opportunities for professional growth and development.
