As a Desktop Engineer, you'll be responsible for investigating and resolving desktop-related issues, collaborating with business partners to understand their needs, and developing automation scripts to streamline desktop management tasks.Key Responsibilities:Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis to identify and resolve complex technical issues.Utilize Desktop Experience (DEX) expertise to enhance user productivity and efficiency.Develop automation scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve overall system performance.Collaborate with other IT teams for seamless integration and support.Provide expert-level support to end-users via various communication channels.Requirements:A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Windows desktop engineering or a related field.Subject matter expert in Windows OS internals, including kernel-mode programming and device drivers.Strong background in Desktop Experience (DEX) tools, including PowerShell and WMI.Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and prevention.Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell and batch scripting.What We Offer:As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with talented individuals, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
