Quality Assurance Specialist for Field Service Implementations

Field Service Quality Assurance ProfessionalThis is a challenging role that involves ensuring the quality and functionality of our field service implementations.Develop and execute manual and automated test plans to validate field service workflows, dispatch logic, mobile technician experiences, and service appointment management.Collaborate with developers, admins, business analysts, and end-users to ensure feature completeness and functionality.Participate in requirement reviews to provide QA insights and testability feedback.The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of QA experience, including 1–2 years testing Salesforce Field Service or Salesforce Service Cloud, and a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for field service implementations, configurations, and integrations.Evaluate field service workflows, dispatch logic, mobile technician experiences, and service appointment management to ensure seamless integration.Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.Contribute valuable insights and testability feedback during requirement reviews to inform design decisions.Support regression testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.Identify, document, and track defects and issues using specialized tools.Maintain alignment with Salesforce best practices, release schedules, and business objectives throughout the testing lifecycle.Work collaboratively with test data creation and environment validation teams to support efficient testing cycles.Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.Benefits of this Role:This position offers a unique opportunity to work on complex field service projects, collaborate with talented professionals, and contribute to the success of our organization.What We're Looking For:We are seeking an experienced QA professional who can bring their expertise and passion for quality assurance to this role.
