Job Title: Organizational Development ManagerThis role goes beyond conventional HR administration, focusing on crafting and maintaining a high-performing team through strategic planning, seamless onboarding, clear performance metrics, and a culture of accountability and excellence.Talent Acquisition:Manage the entire hiring process for key roles across digital, creative, tech, and client servicing teams.Build consistent pipelines via LinkedIn, referrals, and internal talent conversions.Screen candidates based on skill sets, attitude, learning speed, and ownership mindset.Structured Onboarding:Drive Day-1 to Day-30 onboarding processes.Ensure new hires have a clear understanding of expectations, company culture, and performance metrics.Track probation progress with meaningful reviews.Performance & Growth:Support KRA/KPI tracking, monthly reviews, and quarterly evaluations.Collaborate with team leads to identify performance gaps early and support improvement initiatives.Enable a culture of feedback, growth, and merit-based progress.HR Operations:Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, documentation, and compliance requirements.Maintain accurate, audit-ready HR systems.Culture & Employee Experience:Drive engagement initiatives tied to team wellness and momentum.Establish recognition systems based on performance and contribution.Address employee concerns with fairness, clarity, and maturity.Learning & Development:Identify training needs across departments.Coordinate internal knowledge sharing and external training programs.
