You’ll lead the design direction across products built on blockchain infrastructure—spanning wallets, dashboards, data tools, and Dapps. The role demands a deep understanding of user behaviour in decentralized ecosystems, coupled with strong design systems thinking and the ability to inspire and mentor other designers.What will you get to do?Lead and define design strategy and user experience across Web3 products and digital interfaces.Translate complex blockchain concepts into intuitive, human-centered experiences.Conduct user research to understand decentralized user journeys, pain points, and adoption barriers.Create scalable design systems that align with brand and accessibility standards across multiple products.Collaborate with product, tech, and engineering teams to ship seamless, high-quality user experiences.Mentor designers and ensure consistent design quality across the product ecosystem.Skills & Qualifications:6+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, including proven leadership in driving design strategy and execution.Portfolio demonstrating exceptional design craft, user flows, and system thinking—preferably across Web3, fintech, or tech products.Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools (Framer, Webflow, Miro, etc.).Solid understanding of Design Systems, visual styling, prototyping, and user flows.Strong grasp of front-end (HTML/CSS) and ability to collaborate closely with developers.Hiring Process: 3-4 rounds of interviews with Function, HR & Senior leaders.
