About Our Cloud Data PlatformOur mission is to enhance data management and analytics with a robust cloud platform. We aim to minimize data costs while maximizing retention.Key ResponsibilitiesDeploy, maintain, and ensure the reliability of Kubernetes clusters and our cloud deployments across multiple platforms.Design, implement, and maintain systems and processes to boost the performance, availability, and reliability of our services.Develop and optimize continuous integration/continuous deployment tools and processes for efficient and reliable rollouts.Manage monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies to reduce downtime.Conduct thorough root cause analyses and implement preventive measures.Automate repetitive tasks and optimize system performance to improve operational efficiency.Collaborate in covering standard business hours and occasional weekend shifts.Required Skills and QualificationsProven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role, supporting complex distributed systems.Proficiency in monitoring and debugging tools like Prometheus, Vector, Grafana, Superset, or Kibana.Hands-on experience building internal tooling using modern frontend frameworks.Experience with SQL databases; familiarity with PostgreSQL is beneficial.Proficiency in Unix scripting and programming languages like Python or Go.Strong expertise in Linux systems, including performance tuning and system-level troubleshooting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Benefits and OpportunitiesOpportunity to work on a wide range of technical challenges.Collaborative team environment.Professional growth and development opportunities.Additional InformationMust be available to work during standard business hours and occasional weekend shifts.
