Key Role:The Consulting Manager Digital Adoption Platform will lead our Training as a Service (TaaS) consulting team, coaching and mentoring professionals while partnering with clients to shape, design, and execute their digital adoption strategies.Main Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of specialists responsible for designing and delivering digital adoption solutions.Provide coaching, feedback, and career development guidance to build team capability and confidence.Foster a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.Oversee workload, prioritization, and performance, ensuring client deliverables meet the highest standards.Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on their digital vision, roadmap, and governance approach.Facilitate strategy workshops with client stakeholders to define digital adoption goals, success measures, and change management alignment.Translate client business needs into actionable digital adoption strategies and scalable frameworks.Build strong, long-term relationships with client leadership teams.Provide strategic oversight for the design and delivery of digital adoption solutions across enterprise applications.Ensure solutions align with client adoption goals and integrate seamlessly into their digital ecosystems.Review and guide solution design, ensuring user-centric and outcome-focused approaches.Partner with project managers to monitor progress, risks, and outcomes.Evangelize best practices for digital adoption for our clients.Stay current on digital adoption innovations and advise clients on emerging trends.Mentor junior consultants and developers on consulting skills as well as technical best practices.Build a team of digital adoption specialists.Desirable Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams.Strong coaching and mentoring skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions.Knowledge of digital adoption platforms and technologies.This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of digital transformation.
