Commercial Real Estate_CRE (Assistant & Associate Director), GurgaonWe are looking for a passionate, energetic individual to join our lending services division at a senior position. You will be leading delivery team members engaged with end-to-end lending life cycle activities across CRE products.You shall also actively involved in expanding our CRE franchise by supporting the sales team and explaining the clients about our lending services including automotive platforms. You will work closely with senior leadership of delivery, and technology solution teams to manage client deliverables and further expand our offerings through various value propositions.Key Responsibilities:Help grow the CRE businessResponsible for adherence to client SLAs and PoliciesWorking across functions and stakeholders with a high degree of influence leading to successful outcomesIdentify ways for improvement in efficiency gains and process improvementResponsible for value addition in deliverables across different process within loan life cycleMentoring the junior team members and reviewing their deliverablesResponsible for on-time identification and escalation of risks and mitigantsActively partner with Acuity technology solutions team to identify and provide client appropriate technology driven offeringsKey Skills:14-18 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate businessDeep understanding of various CRE lending products and platformsUnderstanding of mortgage documents, origination procedures including underwriting and monitoringEnsure deliverables are met as per client SLA’s by various delivery teams – Productivity, Quality & TATExcellent written, verbal communication, logical& analytical skillsExperience in working with sales to create marketing collateral and responding to RFPsExperience in drafting SOPsEnsuring compliance with company policies and guidelinesMinimum 5 years of team management experience including clientsStrong relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
