Role: Process Specialist - Contracts
Location: Hyderabad, India (Remote but occasional visit to Hyderabad as per requirement)
Client: Allwyn Corporation
2 rounds of interviews.
The resource will be working as an associate on the Allwyn Contracts team, reporting to the director of operations.
The Process Specialist will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and improving processes related to contracts and accounting functions within the organization. This role requires expertise in contract management, financial procedures, and process optimization.
The ideal candidate will have a blend of contract management and accounting expertise, along with process optimization skills. They will be responsible for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's contract and financial procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement standardized procedures for contract review, approval, and administration
- Oversee the full contract lifecycle from drafting to negotiation, execution, and renewal
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in all contractual agreements
- Review and analyze financial documentation and transactions related to contracts
- Reconcile contract-related accounts and coordinate journal entries as needed
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and business teams to streamline contract and accounting workflows
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, financial transactions, and process documentation
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in US IT based contract management and/or accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of US contract law, accounting principles, and financial regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with contract management software and accounting systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
