Wartin Labs is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with 1.5-3 years of hands-on experience. You'll play a pivotal role in building scalable web and mobile applications while seamlessly integrating cutting-edge AI capabilities.You'll independently own the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of full-stack solutions, collaborating closely with our supportive team and leveraging our MERN stack (React, React Native, Node.js, MongoDB). with international clients.🌟 5-days work week.Job-role:Full-Stack Application DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).Build clean, reusable, and modular front-end components with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.Develop secure and performant RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs to support web and mobile clients.Implement responsive, cross-browser compatible UI with attention to UX best practices.AI Driven Feature IntegrationCollaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate AI models, RAG systems, and multi-agent workflows into the product.Implement API-based integrations with AI services (e.g., OpenAI, custom LLM APIs, vector databases, voice AI platforms).Design data contracts, request/response schemas, and error-handling patterns for AI-backed endpoints.Optimize latency, scalability, and reliability of AI-powered features in production.Backend & Data LayerDesign and manage database schemas in MongoDB (and other data stores when needed).Implement authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, role-based access control).Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across services and integrations.Build background jobs, queues, and schedulers to support data processing and AI workflows.Frontend Experience & UX for AI FeaturesBuild intuitive interfaces for AI-enabled features such as chat interfaces, dashboards, assistants, and automation flows.Handle streaming responses, async updates, and real-time interactions where required.Provide clear UX for AI outputs (loading states, fallbacks, error states, and explanations).DevOps, Deployment & MaintainenceSet up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for web applications and services.Deploy and monitor applications on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar).Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting to ensure application health and quick incident response.Participate in performance tuning, cost optimization, and reliability improvements.Workflow Automation & IntegrationsIntegrate third-party services and tools (payment gateways, CRMs, analytics tools, etc.).Collaborate with teams using tools like n8n, Zapier, or custom orchestrators to streamline workflows.Build internal tools and admin panels to support business operations and AI operations.Collaboration, Quality & DocumentationWork closely with founders, AI engineers, designers, and other developers to deliver end-to-end features aligned with business goals.Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.Document system architecture, APIs, and integration patterns, and support knowledge sharing within the team.Essential Skills & QualificationsProgramming Languages: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.Frontend: Solid experience with React (or Next.js), modern state management, and front-end tooling (Webpack/Vite, ESLint, etc.).Backend: Experience building and maintaining APIs with Node.js (Express.js, NestJS, or similar frameworks).Databases: Hands-on experience with MongoDB and familiarity with relational databases or other NoSQL stores.AI Project Exposure (Preferred):Experience integrating AI services (LLMs, vector databases, voice assistants, or ML APIs) into web applications.Understanding of how AI features are exposed via APIs, webhooks, or microservices.APIs & Integrations: Experience designing and consuming REST/GraphQL APIs and integrating third-party services.Version Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows (branches, PRs, code reviews).Testing: Familiarity with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks.Security & Performance: Awareness of web security best practices and performance optimization techniques.Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.Nice-to-Have ExperienceWorked on AI-powered products (chatbots, RAG apps, voice assistants, recommendation engines).Familiarity with tools like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or RAG architectures from a consumer/integration perspective.Experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.).Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes,
