Job OverviewProcess Optimisation Engineer - Simulation & ModellingWe are looking for a highly skilled Process Optimisation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our process engineering group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced process optimisation techniques using simulation and modelling tools.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and apply computational models to solve complex process engineering problemsWork closely with senior engineers to develop and implement process optimisation strategiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate simulation and modelling tools into our process design and development processesConduct thorough analysis of process data to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutionsStay up-to-date with the latest advancements in process optimisation and simulation technologies and apply this knowledge to improve our processesCommunicate technical ideas and results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related fieldStrong foundation in process engineering principles and computational modelling techniquesProficiency in Python programming and experience with industry-standard simulation software (e.g. Aspen Plus, gPROMS)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creativelyAbility to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience working in a collaborative environment and willingness to contribute to team-based projectsBasic understanding of machine learning concepts and applications in process engineeringWhat We OfferWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, ESOP participation, mentorship from experienced engineers, accelerated professional development, and a collaborative work environment.Why Join Our Team?Our company is passionate about innovation and dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions in process engineering.
