Job Opportunity: Leading the Way in AI EngineeringAt Vectorial AI, we are revolutionizing the simulation engine platform by harnessing millions of synthetic users to deliver instant validation across the entire product lifecycle.We have a deep-rooted connection with prestigious academic institutions like Carnegie Mellon and Stanford, and our team is pushing the boundaries of human behavioral modeling with AI.This is an exceptional opportunity for a Founding Engineer to join our team and contribute to designing, building, and maintaining the core infrastructure, systems, and software of our platform.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing scalable systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define solutions, managing technical challenges, and ensuring the reliability and performance of all deployed systems.Candidates should have 2+ years of experience operating production cloud systems (serverless + containers) with real ownership of reliability, security, and cost.A strong understanding of Machine Learning, LLMs, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Science fundamentals is required.Experience with Vector Databases at Scale, ReactJS, and AI tools is also necessary.Familiarity with Cloud Computing, Infrastructure Management, and DevOps practices is a must.Candidates should be comfortable shipping code in Python, TypeScript, and Java, and have a Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
