Role Overview
The Enrollment Advisor / Telecaller will serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the early stages of inquiry and application. This role is pivotal in ensuring candidates have a positive experience from their first inquiry through to the initial application phase. As an Enrollment Advisor, you will handle inbound inquiries, conduct outreach to interested leads, and manage follow-up communications, creating an informative and welcoming environment for prospective students.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Outreach & Follow-Up
Handle incoming inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information on DSM’s programs, application steps, financial aid options, and important deadlines.
Conduct proactive outreach to leads generated through DSM’s campaigns, answering questions and guiding candidates towards their next steps in the application process.
Information Provision & Support
Share comprehensive program details, including curriculum highlights, faculty profiles, and career pathways for graduates, helping prospects understand the value of a DSM education.
Provide guidance on application requirements, including form completion, document submission, and timelines.
Webinar & Event Support
Support DSM’s outreach events such as webinars, workshops, and open days by assisting with registration, sending reminders, and ensuring candidates are well-informed of event logistics.
Data & CRM Management
Maintain detailed records in the CRM system, capturing each interaction to ensure timely and organized follow-up.
Track the progress of leads through the recruitment pipeline, providing updates to the admissions team for efficient planning and engagement.

Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in any field; degrees in arts, humanities, or communications are an advantage.
Experience : 1-3 years in customer service, sales, educational recruitment, or telecalling; familiarity with high-touch customer interactions is highly valued.
Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
Working Hours
Full-time, Monday to Saturday
