Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Community Building Specialist to lead the development and growth of our global developer community.The successful candidate will be responsible for building a thriving online platform where developers can connect, share knowledge, and collaborate on projects. This will involve creating engaging content, managing community programs, and fostering meaningful relationships with developers across the globe.This role requires a strong understanding of developer ecosystems and a proven track record of building and scaling online communities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for technology and innovation.Main Responsibilities:Community Development: Create and implement strategies to build and grow our developer community, including developing engaging content, managing community programs, and fostering meaningful relationships with developers.Program Management: Plan, organize, and execute events, partnerships, and campaigns to drive engagement and growth within the community.Content Creation: Develop and publish high-quality content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, videos, and social media updates.Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment across all stakeholder groups.Key Qualifications:5+ years of experience in community building or related field.Proven track record of building and scaling online communities.Strong understanding of developer ecosystems and current trends.Excellent communication and project management skills.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Bonus Points:Experience working with Discord, GitHub, and other developer platforms.Knowledge of content creation and publication tools.Familiarity with analytics and metrics to measure community growth and engagement.
