We are looking for a highly polished, detail-oriented Luxury Travel Specialist who can curate exceptional, tailor-made travel experiences for premium clients. The ideal candidate has strong destination knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for crafting journeys that go beyond expectations.This is a full-time, on-site position based at our office in Khar road (west), Mumbai.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and curate high-end itineraries for international and domestic luxury destinationsCommunicate with clients to understand their preferences, interests, and travel styleSuggest unique stays, experiences, restaurants, activities, and hidden gemsCoordinate end-to-end travel operations: bookings, confirmations, vendor coordinationManage high-value clients with professionalism, speed, and accuracyStay updated on luxury properties, trends, and exclusive experiencesHandle last-minute changes, special requests, and premium concierge-like tasksMaintain accurate records, itineraries, and payment detailsEnsure a seamless, stress-free travel experience for every clientRequirements1–4 years of experience in travel planning / luxury travel / hospitalityExcellent spoken and written EnglishStrong knowledge of international destinationsAbility to curate high-quality itineraries tailored to different client personasProficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and itinerary-building platformsHigh level of ownership, attention to detail, and client servicing skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage last-minute changesPassion for luxury travel, aesthetics, and storytellingNice-to-HaveExperience with luxury travel brands, DMCs, boutique hotelsKnowledge of visa processes, flights, and travel documentationAbility to upsell and cross-sell high-value experiencesAbout The Villa EscapeThe Villa Escape is a premium travel planning company curating luxurious and unique experiences across stunning global destinations.
