SAP IDM and GRC Consultant Job DescriptionA high-caliber SAP IDM and GRC Consultant is required to join our team at a leading enterprise software company.The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP GRC Access Control (AC 12.0/10.x), including modules for Access Risk Analysis, Emergency Access Management, and Access Request Management.In addition to technical skills, the candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.The primary responsibilities of this role include:Design, configure, and implement SAP GRC modules like Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management.Automate user provisioning and de-provisioning for new hires and role changes to grant access quickly using SAP IDM.Create and manage secure user roles for SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments, including Fiori and HANA roles.Conduct risk assessments, analyze and mitigate security risks, and perform regular user access reviews.Ensure compliance with regulations like SOX by implementing and managing GRC policies and procedures.Support internal and external audits by providing access reviews, audit logs, and security documentation.This position offers the opportunity to develop your skills in SAP GRC module implementation, as well as expand your knowledge in access management and security.A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of GRC principles and their application in real-world scenarios.This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to advance their careers in information security and risk management.
