Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Engineer to join our team.The successful candidate will be a key contributor within Customer Delivery Engineering, providing support for large-scale solutions and resolving complex technical issues through deep technical expertise.This role involves driving technology transitions, influencing solution adoption, and building customer simulations to validate and resolve complex problems.Main Responsibilities:Solution Support: Deliver effective support for customer problem resolution and engage in complex technical challenges.Collaboration: Collaborate with other engineering teams to identify and resolve serviceability issues.Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and expertise to address complex customer problems.Culture and Skills: Promote and uphold Estarta's organizational culture. Continuously enhance technical skills within the relevant domain and related technologies.Pre-Sales Activities: Support pre-sales activities by translating business requirements into solution designs.Network Operations: Monitor and troubleshoot network systems to ensure smooth operations.Required Skills and Experience:Enterprise Technologies: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with enterprise technologies, including ASR, Catalyst, and switching platforms.IP Routing Protocols: In-depth understanding of IP routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, IGRP) and their operation over VPN tunnels.IPsec and VPN: Hands-on experience with IPsec, VPN configuration, and troubleshooting.DMVPN Architecture: Familiarity with DMVPN architecture, including multipoint GRE (mGRE), NHRP, and dynamic spoke-to-spoke tunnels.HSRP and VRRP: Experience with HSRP and VRRP.Cisco Router Platforms: Familiarity with Cisco router platforms, tunneling, and VPN technologies.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.Encryption Standards: Knowledge of encryption standards and secure hash algorithms (e.g., AES, SHA-2).Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in IP routing and switching.Certifications: Relevant Cisco certifications preferred (CCNP, CCIE).],
