Job Overview:
Seeking a talented and driven Data and Analytics Product Development Engineering Manager to lead a dynamic team in creating cutting-edge AI-driven products and solutions. The ideal candidate will manage the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept to final deployment, with a strong emphasis on data engineering, AI/ML, and analytics. This role demands extensive expertise in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), data science, data engineering, business intelligence, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful product delivery.
Develop and maintain project plans & estimates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, professional services & presales, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Drive the design and development of new products and features, ensuring they meet customer requirements and industry standards.
Implement and maintain best practices, processes, and tools to improve efficiency and quality.
Identify and resolve technical challenges and road blocks.
Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements, and incorporate relevant technologies and methodologies into the engineering processes.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in engineering roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management position.
Should ideally be someone between 10 - 15 years of experience as a no of senior folks will be reporting to him/her
Must have skills include Cloud (Azure / AWS), AI ML, Data Engineering, BI (Power BI / Tableau)
Exposure to Snowflake, Salesforce Data Cloud, Databricks platform
Any experience on front-end (preferably Angular)
Only folks who have experience working with scalable products/enterprise to be considered
