Position Overview:
Are you passionate about backend development and want to thrive in a collaborative environment? We're seeking a talented Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Backend Developer at Vibencode, you'll be crucial in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects, leverage the latest technologies, and make a significant impact with your skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions for our innovative Software Products.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets project requirements and industry standards.
Optimise application performance and scalability through effective code optimisation and system design.
Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in backend development, contributing to our team's knowledge base and expertise.

Requirements:
1-2 years of hands-on experience in backend development.
Proficiency in Django Python and related frameworks, with a strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, algorithms, and data structures.
Knowledge of system design principles and best practices, with a proven ability to architect scalable solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Good to Have:
Familiarity with the basics of LLMs (Languages, Libraries, and Frameworks) and AI (Artificial Intelligence), enhancing your ability to contribute to innovative projects.
Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, providing additional insight into scalable infrastructure solutions.

CTC Range: 6-8 LPA INR
Job Location: WFH-Indore Hybrid
