If you're passionate about building high-quality systems that meet uptime Service Level Agreements, this is the perfect fit for you.In this position, you will:• Own all aspects of incident response, including on-call rotation, system alerting, escalation, remediation, and post-incident reviews.• Work collaboratively with engineering teams to ensure seamless deployments.• Develop and maintain scalable systems that meet uptime SLAs.• Design and implement platform orchestration tools.To be successful in this role, you will need:• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Systems Engineering roles in high-volume, 24x7 B2B environments.• Proficiency in AWS cloud services, Linux systems, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and networking fundamentals.• Strong knowledge of observability, logging, tracing, and metrics systems.• Familiarity with Python or Bash for automation and tooling.• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools.• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Bonus qualifications include experience working at startups and/or fintech companies, as well as familiarity with TypeScript, Kafka, Redis, EKS, and RDS.
