We 're HiringPrincipal Tech LeadLocation:HyderabadEmployment Type:Full-timeAbout DivamiDivami is a premier design-led product engineering services firm specializing in delivering transformativedigital solutions through the seamless amalgamation of design, engineering, and AI capabilities.Headquartered in Hyderabad with a fast-growing North-American footprint, we currently serve Hi-Techindustry—with expansion underway into new industries where tech products are core to business growthAbout The RoleAs a Principal Tech Lead_iOT Driven Digital Solutions, you'll be the driving force behind the design,architecture, and performance optimization of products that process massive data transactions andsensor-driven information in real time.You'll work closely with cross-functional teams — from product to design to hardware — to ensure oursystems perform seamlessly with sub-second responsiveness.Key Responsibilities:Architect, design, and implement scalable systems handling large volumes of real-time data.Lead and mentor engineering teams in building IoT-based solutions integrating multiple datasources and sensors.Optimize data processing, pipelines, and API responses for sub-second performance andreliability.Collaborate with hardware and firmware teams to ensure efficient sensor data integration andcommunication.Drive end-to-end technical decisions — from architecture to deployment — ensuring alignmentwith business goals.Establish best practices for coding, reviews, and system scalability.Stay hands-on in high-impact technical areas, while guiding and mentoring othersRequirementsMUST HAVE10+ years of experience in software/product engineering.Proven expertise in building high-performance, data-intensive applications.Experience with IoT platforms, sensor integration, and data ingestion frameworks.Deep understanding of real-time data processing and low-latency system design.Strong experience in system architecture, APIs, and microservices handling largeconcurrent transactions.Hands-on experience in performance tuning, scalability, and fault-tolerant architecture.Proficient in one or more modern tech stacks (e.g., , Python, Java, Go, or C++).Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Nice-to-HaveExposure to Edge computing or AI-driven IoT solutions.Experience with streaming technologies (Kafka, MQTT, WebSockets).Prior experience in bootstrapped/startup environments with high ownership roles.BenefitsWhy join Divami?At Divami, we are redefining the boundaries of design, AI, and engineering to build products that captureimaginations and drive results.
