We are establishing a dedicated AI Team focused on developing LLM-driven features,multi modal content automation, real-=me conversional systems and much more. The roleinvolves end-to-end development of applied AI workflows that directly support our learningproducts and internal automation initiatives.Role Overview The AI Solutions Specialist will contribute to the design, implementation, and deployment of AIsystems across text, audio, image, and video modalities. The position requires strong hands-onskills with LLMs, embeddings, vector search, and lightweight backend engineering tooperationalize AI prototypes.Job Location: Mumbai PreferrableKey Responsibilities • Develop and integrate LLM-based features using APIs and open-source models• Design and maintain AI workflows, prompts, response evaluation frameworks, andpersonas• Work on STT/TTS pipelines and real-time conversational AI flows• Build tools and automation for multimodal content generation• Implement RAG pipelines including embeddings, indexing, document processing, andvector search• Develop lightweight microservices (Python/Node.js) to operationalize AI prototypes• Collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams to convert ideas into workingsolutions• Deploy AI workflows on AWS/GCP/Azure, using Docker and cloud-native tools• Monitor performance, latency, reliability, and cost of AI pipelines• Contribute to internal AI playbooks, standard templates, and reusable componentsRequired Skills & Experience • 1–2 years of experience building AI/ML or LLM-powered applications• Strong command of Python (Node.js exposure is beneficial)• Experience with LLM APIs and GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex• Understanding of RAG systems, embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone /Weaviate / FAISS)• Hands-on experience with Docker, cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure)• Familiarity with CI/CD, logging, and monitoring tools• Solid understanding of SQL and data processing pipelinesWhat This Role Offers • Opportunity to work on core AI capabilities that directly influence product and learningexperiences• Exposure to end-to-end AI workflow design, from experimentation to deployment• Involvement in building AI-driven content automation systems• Opportunities to c
