Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and maintaining sustainability data models and corporate KPI dashboards.Key Responsibilities:Implement and configure SAP SCT to support ESG reporting frameworks, ensuring seamless integration with business processes.Design and maintain sustainability data models and corporate KPI dashboards to drive informed decision-making.Perform thorough gap analysis between business ESG processes and SAP SCT capabilities to identify areas for improvement.Validate and test S/4HANA to SCT interfaces to guarantee data accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness.Support ESG disclosure and audit processes using SAP SCT's advanced analytics capabilities.Collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to align sustainability data flows with enterprise reporting needs.Required Skills and Qualifications:At least 4–5 years of experience in SAP implementations, with a strong focus on Sustainability Control Tower (SCT).Deep understanding of CSRD and EU Taxonomy frameworks, including their application and best practices.Hands-on experience with ESG KPI configuration and sustainability data ingestion, ensuring high-quality data inputs.Knowledge of S/4HANA integration, ESG data validation, and reporting workflows, with a focus on process optimization.Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
