AI Developer OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced AI Developer to design, build and ship production-ready solutions using large language models.Key ResponsibilitiesPrototyping – Frame GenAI use cases with experts; build quick LLM-based tools.Modeling – Fine-tune/prompt models; use ML/DS when GenAI isn't ideal.Engineering – Deploy models as scalable Azure services with CI/CD.Collaboration – Work with cross-functional teams; document and demo solutions.Learning – Stay updated on GenAI trends; share knowledge internally.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML or related field.A minimum of 5 years experience delivering production software or ML solutions, with at least 2 years hands-on with LLMs or other Gen AI models.Strong Python (FastAPI / LangChain / LangGraph); familiarity with TypeScript or C# a plus.Experience with OpenAI/Azure OpenAI SDKs, embeddings, vector databases (e.g., Azure Cognitive Search, Pinecone, FAISS).Solid grasp of supervised/unsupervised learning, evaluation metrics, experiment tracking (MLflow, Weights & Biases).Comfortable deploying on Azure (App Service, Functions, ML, Container Apps), writing Dockerfiles, setting up pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions).Proficient with SQL and Pandas; able to wrangle tabular, text, image and BIM/IFC data.Clear communicator who can explain complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders; thrives in fast-paced, iterative environments.Nice-to-HaveKnowledge of construction, engineering, manufacturing or related domainFront-end skills (React, Streamlit) for building user-facing Gen AI tools.Familiarity with Snowflake, Power BI or Tableau for analytics and visualization.Work Location: Pune - Magarpatta or Baner
