About the role:As a Creative Designer for Cuddles Foundation, you will be responsible for conceptualising, designing, and producing impactful visual and video content that brings our mission and stories to life. You will lead creative thinking for campaigns, events, and digital initiatives, using a blend of design expertise, storytelling, and AI-assisted tools to create content that resonates deeply with our audiences.You will take ownership of creative projects from interpreting briefs to delivering final assets while providing direction during shoots, ensuring brand consistency, and maintaining high-quality visual output across platforms.Responsibilities:Understand target audiences (internal and external) and develop visually compelling videos and designs for marketing campaigns, fundraising initiatives, and events.Take creative ownership of projects from brief to final delivery, providing direction, concepts, and visual narratives without extensive supervision.Design and edit videos for promotional content, event highlights, and storytelling pieces across digital and social media platforms.Provide creative direction during shoots, guiding framing, tone, and visual storytelling.Develop landing pages using Wix or WordPress in collaboration with the digital team, ensuring strong design and user experience.Create and maintain visual assets and templates using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Figma, Google Slides, and Mailchimp.Leverage AI-assisted tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Veo 3, Runway, or similar platforms for ideation, asset generation, and workflow efficiency.Review and refine creative assets to align with brand guidelines, campaign goals, and messaging.Stay updated with trends in design, video storytelling, AI innovation, and digital communication.Must-Haves:Bachelor's degree plus Graphic Design or Visual Communication certificatio5 years of experience in video editing, design, and multimedia content creationExpertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and CanvaFamiliarity with AI tools for image or video generation and creative ideationExperience designing for web and digital marketing (Wix or WordPress preferred)Strong conceptual thinking and ability to work independently with minimal supervisionPrior agency or creative studio experience preferredSkills: You are a creative storyteller who uses design and video to move people to action.You can translate a brief into powerful visual communication quickly, thoughtfully, and with purpose.You are hands-on and self-driven, able to manage end-to-end creative processes independently.You are collaborative and curious, open to experimenting with new creative and AI-driven tools.You care deeply about impact and empathy, using creativity to make a difference.Location: MumbaiThis is a full-time role based in Mumbai.
