The Human Capital Team of Z47 is partnering with one of our fast-growing portfolio companies in identifying a suitable Finance Head to lead the function( reporting to founders)Ideal Profile :Experience: 8- 12 Years of experience including in a controllership roleQualification: Qualified CA + MBAIdeally someone from a capex-heavy, real asset-heavy, ops-intensive business . Ideally (engineer + CA), or (MBA finance + CA).Experience of working in an Consumer company will be huge plusAny experience in working in VC-backed start-ups, internet/tech companies, retail companies and/or fundraising would have a definite advantageExperience in Early stage StartupProblem solver: You excel at understanding and solving complex problems. You have astonishing attention to detailSurprisingly efficient: You get a lot done quickly and can translate your skills into new processes that your team will follow.Leadership: You will rapidly grow into a company leader. You will build company culture and help shape our future.Roles and responsibilities :Help set up the entire Finance functions- SOPs and processesReview all financial plans and budgets and monitor all periodic financial reportsAssist founders with board meeting deck, business plan and monthly MISWork with founders to regularly look for cost reduction opportunities and optimising Working CapitalManage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reportsEnsure financial reporting systems comply with government regulations and legislationLead and manage taxation, balance sheet, closing, financial statements reportingAct as an advisor to the Founders in all minor & major decisionsEnsures that effective internal controls are in place and ensures compliance with all applicable laws, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reportingKey information (please apply only if this fits):Work from office set up - 6 day a week workingBudget - in the range of 75-85 lakhs, including bonus + equity
