About Our Frontend Engineering RoleAs a key member of our software development team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the user-facing layer of our automation platform. You'll collaborate closely with our backend and infrastructure teams to design and implement fast, intuitive, and resilient interfaces that abstract away system complexity and deliver seamless AI-powered automation to our users.Your ResponsibilitiesAI Orchestration:You'll develop interfaces to interact with multi-agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI SDK, etc.You'll design frontend components that support real-time AI orchestration, multi-step flows, and streaming responses.Frontend Development & UI Engineering:You'll develop rich, performant web applications using React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and component libraries like Shadcn.You'll integrate and support document viewers and editors for Excel, PDF, Markdown, and more.You'll build cross-platform experiences with React Native + Expo for mobile use cases.Cloud & DevOps:You'll deploy and manage infrastructure on GCP, AWS, or Azure using Terraform.You'll author CI/CD pipelines for seamless delivery and rollback.Experimental Innovation (15–20% time):You'll explore cutting-edge LLM fine-tuning, memory architectures, and new agent frameworks.RequirementsAt least 3 years of experience in frontend engineering.Proficiency in React and TypeScript, plus some knowledge of backend and infrastructure.Experience integrating and building rich document views – including Excel, PDF, and Markdown, with editing support.Familiarity with mobile app development using React Native + Expo.Familiarity with popular UI libraries like Tailwind, Shadcn, and state/data tools like TanStack Query.A strong sense of UI/UX with a deep understanding of user behavior, flow design, and intuitive interactions.Expertise in networking, load-balancers, and high-performance remote connections.Familiarity with Terraform/OpenTofu, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).A willingness to work in-person from our office in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
