**Job Description:**We are seeking an experienced Cloud Contact Center Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contact center transformation and hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.This role requires working closely with business teams to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and lead the setup and configuration of Amazon Connect environments.Configure Amazon Connect for cloud contact centersDesign and implement contact flows, routing, and queuesSet up agents and integrate with CRMs like Salesforce or ZendeskThe successful candidate should have:Requirements:Minimum 7 years of experience in the contact center / CTI space3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon ConnectProven experience working in a consulting role for CTI transformation projectsStrong knowledge of Amazon Connect features: contact flows, routing, queues, agent setupExperience integrating Amazon Connect with CRMs like Salesforce or ZendeskGood understanding of AWS services: Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatchBasic scripting with Node.js or PythonExperience in building or enhancing IVRs using Amazon LexComfortable working independently in a client-facing environmentWe value candidates who can deliver results-driven solutions and collaborate effectively with our teams.
